17hh 4 yr old Chestnut gelding by Classic (TB) out of our home bred mare, Run the Gauntlette (½TB ½ Shire)
Touch was born in France, just after midnight on the longest day. Even in the dark we could see he was orange – a complete surprise! We had a look at Classic’s and Chantro’s (our mare’s sire) pedigree and found some chestnuts way back! In fact on the mare’s side there isn’t one until Hyperion!

He is a very big boy, but at last has stopped growing upwards and is filling out nicely. He has the most gorgeous temperament – a real gentle giant. So much so that we weaned Iorlith’s foal to him, despite his size. They are great friends!

Touch was professionally broken in this spring by Carla, Ounce’s new rider, and her partner Etienne. They have done a super job, although they are the first to admit that he was very easy to do. He absolutely loves working! He has very elastic paces and is jumping a course of small obstacles with ease. He has the potential and mental attitude to do really well in any discipline.
Now he comes home again for a few months holiday.
Sadly, he too is for sale, but only to the perfect home!
